I have booked a hotel and am concerned. Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We think it is important that you travel with a good feeling. Our cancellation policy for hotels due to COVID-19 is as follow:
You can cancel all your hotel bookings made from March 1, 2020, without any charge or change it to later departure date*.
This arrangement is valid until Feb 20, 2021
*In case the price is higher, you will only pay the price difference
For Flight Bookings
For flight bookings made through Apochi.com from March 1, 2020, we have very flexible cancellation conditions.
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, our airline partners only take 15 Euro cancelation fees for*.
This arrangement is valid until Jan 30, 2021
*In case the price is higher, you will only pay the price difference
For Visa Services
All visa related services applied via Apochi.com or from any other affiliated partners, from March 1, 2020 will be easily converted or postponed to another date.
This arrangement is valid until 10 April 2021

The COVID Care service also covers the costs of taking a COVID test on-site. And if you test COVID positive, we will help you with any medical assistance or medically necessary repatriation.
